Full Spectrum Healing consists of all frequencies and is able to heal on all levels. Usui Reiki will only reach the Green Ray. The Green area is Usui Reiki and the whole rainbow is Full Spectrum Healing. Full Spectrum Healing will raise your energy levels in your body and is a powerful energy for self-healing. To activate the energy, place your hands on the place needing healing and say "Full Spectrum Healing On" 3 times. The energy will flow and go where it is needed. When finished give thanks.
